The location of our farms is something very special.

We are aware that it is impossible to obtain in the oil mill what the tree did not give us. The hundreds-year-old olive trees, of the Picual variety, from which the olives we use come from, grow on the southern slopes of Sierra Mágina, at an altitude of about 1,000 metres above sea level, in an environment with unique environmental conditions (climate, soil, biodiversity…) that give our product its unique characteristics.

We put all our effort throughout the year in pampering each olive tree and achieving the environmental sustainability of our activity. A careful harvesting process does the rest until we reach the oil mill.

The olive oil mill, a very precious treasure

Located in the heart of the town of Cambil, our oil mill dates from the beginning of the 20th century, although it has the latest technology in oil production, which allows us to carry out an exhaustive quality control over the whole process.

There we ensure the grinding of the olive immediately after its harvest, the beating of the paste at low temperature, the control of the process and the maintenance of optimal storage conditions in the cellar. All the good practices that allow us to guarantee the excellent properties of an exceptional extra virgin olive oil.

Our group of companies works from the beginning to the end of the process looking for the excellence, from the field to your table, cultivated and taken care of it at our lands, produced in our oil mill and taking it home to give you personally our guarantee and commitment.
